Advocate for the fixing of a health center

The high cost of sanitary pads in Nigeria has made it difficult for poor girls and women living in rural areas to effectively purchase and manage their menstrual cycles. Many resorts to unhygienic menstrual practices and materials, leading to reproductive tract infections (RTIs) and death.

The Menstrual Health Project is a sensitization workshop to teach adolescent girls how to take care of their menstrual health and make reusable sanitary pads in rural and semi-rural communities.

How you can take action

Organize a sensitization workshop to teach adolescent girls how to take care of their menstrual health, make reusable sanitary pads in rural and semi-rural communities, and provide them with reusable menstrual pads for 6months.
