DO in collaboration with the World Bank and the Young Professionals Program (YPP), is proud to introduce an innovative training program tailored specifically for women entrepreneurs in Abuja, Nigeria. The Scaling Women’s Economic Empowerment Through Affirmative Procurement Reform (SWEEP) program is designed to enhance the Affirmative Procurement skills and knowledge of local business owners in different business sectors of the economy to win contracts in both the public and private sector in Abuja.
SWEEP is a 4-week intensive course delivered in a hybrid format, combining in-person and online sessions. The program focuses on enhancing affirmative procurement skills for public and private sector contracts, and is open to women entrepreneurs from all sectors of the economy in Abuja. Regardless of your industry, business size, or level of experience ;be it technology, agriculture, manufacturing, services, or any other sector , SWEEP is designed to benefit your entrepreneurial journey.
SWEEP addresses the unique challenges and opportunities faced by women-led businesses across diverse industries Abuja. Whether you’re a startup founder, a seasoned business owner, or looking to expand your enterprise, SWEEP offers valuable insights and skills applicable to your unique business context.
The Curriculum
1 month / 3 Modules / 17 classes / 2 - 4 hrs per class (inclusive of 15 minutes break).
