The Intern

“The Intern” is a six-month project designed to create internship opportunities for individuals who are seeking ways to grow and cultivate a healthy and supportive workplace culture. This project involves mobilizing employers to create internship programs in their organizations in order to pair interns with similar career paths and give them the opportunity to apply acquired knowledge to real work experiences in their chosen fields. This project will enable interns to gain real-life experiences, increased marketability, build professional networks, develop soft skills needed in the workplace and in leadership positions, learn how a professional workplace operates, gain professional feedback and build their resumes.
