The Improve Her Productivity project is a skill development initiative targeting girls and women in semi-rural and urban areas of Africa. Recognizing the challenges faced by women in the informal economy, the project provides training in both soft and hard skills to enhance their productivity and economic condition. By equipping them with relevant skills, such as financial management, entrepreneurship, and vocational expertise, the project aims to empower women to overcome barriers and improve their earning potential. Through this initiative, we strive to promote economic empowerment, gender equality, and improved living standards for girls and women in Africa.
