What is the RISE Challenge?
The RISE Challenge is a unique program that seeks out talented individuals and empowers them to work on solving humanity’s most pressing challenges. As a Global Winner, you’ll receive a lifetime of benefits, including scholarships, mentorship, career development opportunities, and more. But it’s not just about individual rewards; it’s about creating a network of leaders dedicated to positive change.
How Does It Work?
The RISE Challenge is different from traditional applications. It allows you to showcase your potential through videos, projects, and group interviews. Even if you don’t have access to video recording equipment, you can still apply using text replies or paper submissions. The challenge encourages you to evaluate the projects of your peers and develop initiatives that benefit your community.
After completing the challenge, 500 Finalists are selected to participate in “Finalist Days,” where they demonstrate their motivation, problem-solving skills, and collaboration in a unique interview style. From these finalists, up to 100 Global Winners are chosen.

Who Is Eligible?
Applicants for the 2024 cohort must be between 15 and 17 years old as of July 1, 2024, regardless of their background, location, or field of interest.
Selection Criteria
RISE Global Winners exhibit the following traits: Brilliance, Perseverance, Integrity, Empathy, and Calling.
