The DO Green Skill Fellowship is a 7-week hybrid training and internship program for 100 young people in Abuja. Participants will learn practical skills in key green energy sectors:

• Solar Panel & Smart Grid Installation
• Carbon Market & Climate Finance
• Bioenergy Solutions (Clean Cooking, Biomass, Biogas)
• Electric Vehicle (EV) & CNG Maintenance

Top-performing fellows will also be matched with partner organizations for a 6-month internship.
