What is Fintech Fellowship?
The Ecobank Fintech Fellowship is an ideal opportunity for participants (Fellows) to partner with Ecobank and scale up and be visible. As a Fellow, you get to engage with Ecobank executives on possible win-win commercial opportunities over an extended period.
Since its inception in 2017, the Fellowship has seen 6 cohorts: 2017, 2018, 2020, 2021, 2022, and 2023 cohorts.
Empowering African Fintechs to boost Africa’s financial growth
The Ecobank Fintech Challenge is open to all startups with innovative solutions addressing the needs of the African population and its diaspora. It has been created with two objectives in mind:
Identify and support Fintechs that are ready to scale up with resources, funding, partnerships, etc. in Ecobank’s 33 African markets.Leverage these pan-African Fintech success stories and the solutions they offer to improve Africa’s financial integration and economic development.
ELIGIBILITY
All Fintechs with relevant financial products for Africa are eligible to apply to the Ecobank Fintech Challenge.
