Rules of Money

Rules of Money

According to the Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD), individuals and households “are more prone to indebtedness and bankruptcy in the absence of financial education.” More than 600 million people under the age of 25 live in Africa. There is a need to prepare this enormous youth population and future workforce for the temptation of easy credit from unscrupulous lenders and impart rudimentary aspects of finance and money management to African youth.

The Rules of money project provides African youths with a foundational understanding of the financial literacy they need to manage their finances to make good financial decisions.

Skill Up

Skill Up Project

Young people are one of the greatest change-makers and innovators we have. Young minds generate more fresh and innovative ideas that lead to the development of any country, but today, our youths face serious challenges regarding skills and jobs. The limited exposure to vocational and sustainable skills development opportunities has restricted the creative abilities of young people. Most of the youths in Nigeria are currently without work, not studying, or engaged in irregular or informal employment, thereby increasing the chances of social unrest. Sustainable skills development and vocational training are important social and economic growth tools.

“Skill Up Project” is targeted at skilling up youths and increasing the percentage of skilled youths in underserved communities to encourage the creation of diverse job opportunities by providing them with skill acquisition training.
